Frequently Asked Questions
Can I work with you 1:1?
Yes. My 1:1 coaching is 6 weeks of marketing strategy for women in business, and it's usually a fit when your marketing has started to feel like throwing spaghetti at the wall. We look at where your clients have come from and how much time each marketing task takes, then build your strategy around the ones that pay off.
It starts with a recorded kickoff call, runs on voice messages through Voxer or WhatsApp, and wraps up with a recorded delivery call and a week of follow-up support. The 6 weeks are $3,000, and there's a payment plan.
Want to start smaller? A $250 Power Hour gives you one focused hour on the marketing question that's bugging you most, and the full fee is credited toward the 6 weeks.
What's your book about, and where can I get it?
If you keep posting because you think your business needs it, even though every hour on the apps leaves you more drained, The Social Media Burnout Cure was written for you. It's not about social media. It's about what it's costing you. The book helps you decide which platforms deserve a place in your marketing, and how to find clients without spending your evenings feeding an algorithm.
It's on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Bookshop, and Books-A-Million, and you'll find signed hardbacks (U.S. shipping only) and the audiobook in my shop. Already bought it? Email your receipt to hello@carachace.com for the reader bonuses, audiobook included.
What is Chaos Detox, and who is it for?
Chaos Detox is my weekly planning method for women in business who are tired of starting every week behind. It's self-paced, and I teach you how to build a weekly plan around your energy, your clients, and your family, and how to regroup when your week goes sideways instead of starting over.
You pay $397 once and get lifetime access, plus the Chaos Detox Pro Planner, an AI planning assistant that runs in ChatGPT and helps you plan each week. After a few hours of setup, planning takes 30 to 60 minutes a week.

Do you have a newsletter or a freebie?
Yes, and they're the same thing. The Productivity Rebellion is my newsletter and my freebie rolled into one free guide that lands in your inbox at the start of every month. Each issue takes on one thing that makes that month harder than it needs to be (summer schedules, the mental load, the year-end review), with a story from my own month and an Ask Cara question I answer on the podcast. When you sign up, you also get every past issue to catch up on.

What's the Ditch the Chaos podcast about?
Ditch the Chaos is my podcast for women in business who'd rather listen than read, whether that's in the car, on a walk, or while folding laundry. Episodes are short and cover burnout, boundaries, planning a week that keeps changing, and marketing that doesn't eat your evenings. Listen on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or right here on the site.
Can I book you to speak?
Yes. I talk about social media burnout and marketing that doesn't depend on posting every day, at conferences, retreats, virtual summits, and on podcasts. My two talks are The Content Treadmill, built from my book, and Business Seasons, a framework for planning your year in four seasons, slow ones included. Both run 30 to 45 minutes, live or virtual.

What is Chaos & Coffee?
Chaos & Coffee is a free, in-person meetup for women in the Coeur d'Alene and Spokane area who need a minute to themselves. It's the anti-networking event: no pitches, no name tags, just good coffee and conversation with women who get it. It's on a break right now, so join the updates list and you'll hear first when the next one is on the calendar.
